In some cases, you can change your appointment dates for an upcoming installation or activation.
If you received an email advising you that this can be done, you can change these dates by logging into MyAccount.
Once you've logged in, click Manage Appointment. You can then use the calendar to book in your appointment dates. Days that are not available will be greyed out. Be sure to select your time of day preference, AM or PM. Once you're happy with your selection, click Save
If the Manage Appointment doesn't appear, you may not be able to select your preferred dates. You will need to contact us to change this.
