In some cases, you can change your appointment dates for an upcoming installation or activation.
If a chosen date doesn't work for you, we can attempt to change the install or activation date for you. Please use this form to request a date change.
Please note the following:
- Your installation appointment has been scheduled based on the best availability to your address, by continuing to reschedule you will lose this appointment.
- Rescheduled installation appointments will take a minimum of 3 business days to be confirmed.
- Please also note that you can only reschedule to a later date from when your original appointment was scheduled.
