In order to give you a better customer experience, we will be making changes to our MyAccount and payment platforms this weekend. Accordingly, our website, payments and MyAccount portal will be unavailable from Saturday 31st July 6:30PM until Sunday 1st August 2AM.
- We recommend you login to your MyAccount prior to Saturday 31st July 6:30 PM and check your credentials, email & phone number. If you require any changes to these details, please reach out to our customer service team.
Important changes to note:
- From 1st of August, your MyAccount username will be your email address.
- To log back into your MyAccount, you will need to reset your MyAccount login credentials by clicking Forgot your password? on the login page.
- Please note that MyAccount password recovery now requires two factor authentication via SMS.
From 1st of August, all new invoices generated for your MyRepublic broadband subscription will be due for payment after 14 days instead of the previous 7 day window.
