If you specifically cannot recieve incoming calls, it could likely be that your number has not been ported over from your previous provider. There could be a couple of reasons for this.
- If a number has been provided to us on sign up, the number will usually be ported on the day your internet services are activated.
- In some cases, the number is ported shortly after your internet is activated.
- We send text messages letting you know the outcome of that number port.
