Light information & troubleshooting

 

Info- Button

Off

Check the power cable is connected, turned on at the wall and switch the power button on

Green

If only this light is on, your device is in power saving mode.  Pressing the info button again will enable all other lights

Powered on and all services connected (Internet/Voice). If you’re having problems getting online they may be between your modem and computer

Blue

The device is upgrading

Red

If only this light is on, device is booting up. Note that this may take some time.

If this and other lights are on, services are not connected, check the lights for more information.

 

 

USB

Off

Check the connection between the USB device and your Hub+

Green

A USB device is connected

 

 

WPS

Off

WPS is not active

Green

Flashing: A device is being paired by WPS

 

 

Ethernet

Off

Your Hub+ cannot detect any devices connected via a cable. Check the device is switched on, and that the Ethernet cables are connected between the router and your device

Green

One or more devices are connected via Ethernet. Flashing indicates data is being transmitted.

 

 

 

Wireless 2.4GHz & 5Ghz

Off

WiFi is off, press the WiFi button to turn on Wireless back on

Green

WiFi is on. Flashing indicates data is being transferred

 

 

 

Broadband

VDSL

UFB

Off

Check the connections between the grey port on the back of the Hub+ and the jackpoint on the wall. Remove any filters, extension cords or double plugs and ensure you are using the cable provided.

Check the connection between the Red WAN port on the back of the Hub+ and the ONT installed by your technician.

Solid

The Hub+ has established a physical connection

WAN link is up, refer to internet light

Flashing

Your Hub+ is attempting to connect. This is normal behavior after you power on the router, however if this light continues to flash for more than 5 minutes it indicates an issue. Ensure there are no filters, extension cords or double plugs connected and try another cable if possible. Contact MyRepublic support on 0508 MyFibre for further support.

WAN link is being established

 

 

Internet

Off

Your Hub+ is unable to connect to the internet. This is normal behaviour if your Broadband light is off or flashing.

Your Hub+ is unable to connect to the internet.

Flashing Red

Trying to connect (after Broadband LED has turned green)

Trying to connect (after Broadband LED has turned green)

Green

Your Hub+ is connected to the internet. Flashing indicates data is being transmitted

Your Hub+ is connected to the internet. Flashing indicates data is being transmitted
